We were a joint venture partner with the Boyer Company on Park City Tech Center, an 85 acre project located at Kimball Junction in the Park City area of Utah.  Dave was the project manager and responsible for putting the deal together, entitling the project for over 1.2 million square feet of commercial and 156 affordable housing units, supervising infrastructure improvements, marketing, and the building of 2 office buildings, including the Park City Visitors Center and the new Skullcandy headquarters building.  The deal also involved both Park City and Summit County and the creation of over 680 acres of over space.  

One of 3 managers for this large scale cattle, farming, and horse operation.  Collectively enterprise owned approximately 180,000 acres of range land, 5,000 acres of farm land, and leased another 600,000 acres from the BLM.  Owned and operated 6,000 mother cows as part of a cow/calf operation as well as running some yearlings.  Aspen Meadows Ranch (Dave's ranch after a division) also ran a horse operation with 50 brood mares, 5 stallions, a horse trainer, and associated facilities.  World class hunting and wildlife was a key focus of the operation, with help from professional wildlife biologists and outfitters.  

5 acres of fully improved property located in the Sorenson Research Park.  Adjacent to golf course and Jordan River Open Space and Parkway, a 45 mile trail for walking, jogging, and bikes paralleling the Jordan River.  Currently marketing for a build to suite 65-85,000 s.f. office building.
